I earned a bachelor of science in psychology, focused on problem solving and reasoning, research methods, cognition and learning, and human perception.
2016-2019
Kent State University
MS in User Experience Design
I earned a masters of science in User Experience Design, focused on user research, information architecture, usability, content strategy, and organization of information.

Web Designer
While in grad school, I designed websites for local business--a picture framing business and an after-school program.

Quest Diagnostics
Design Thinking Intern
I began at Quest as the summer intern. I did exploratory research, including card sorting and tree testing to inform the formation of the consumer experience.
2019-2020

User Experience Designer
After my internship, I was hired as a full time designer. I led iterative and long term design projects while embedded into product teams. Acted as a thought leader in the development of UX and design thinking foundations.
2021

Mentor
In the summer of 2021, I was the primary mentor to our summer intern. I helped her define an internship project, run research studies, build prototypes, and communicate findings to C-suite executives.
2020-2023

User Experience Researcher
In 2020, I was promoted and became the first dedicated researcher on the team. I was the research resource for 15 agile scrum teams, providing iterative usability research. Additionally, I led exploratory research projects that utilized in-depth qualitative and quantitative research methods.
